But these policies will help maintain and achieve the goals that are destined for DTU
1. All members can achieve the position of Fleet Admiral, Council Members and Officers if they are active. Fleet Admirals goal is to advice and lead DTU to its full potential. They are given a one month leadership stance to lead DTU. After that one month pending on what they have done they can remain in office for another month

Also, any former ExCal clan members are entitled to the officer rank of leutenant as soon as they join... once things get rolling, this won't matter much but It's important to describe our ties with the old Excalibur clan...
